How do I receive my digital products?

Once you complete your purchase, you'll receive an email with download links.

Can I print the products?

Yes! All NuLi products are high-resolution and printable. You can print them at home or through a professional service for best results.

What if I don’t receive my download link?

Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, email us at hello.nulihq@gmail.com and we’ll resend your files within 24 hours.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you have an issue with your purchase, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Can I use NuLi products in my classroom or practice?

Yes! Teachers, counselors, and therapists are welcome to use NuLi products with the children they serve. Just please don’t redistribute or resell them.
